  • Once the order has been shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy (if applicable).

🛠️ Customized Products

  • Orders for customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • These products are specially made based on your requirements, so cancellation is not applicable.

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
  • For EMI payments, refund processing may depend on the bank or finance provider.
